Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions describe how you can request deletion of personal data associated with applications or services operated by Munir Uddin Ahmed, a DDA-licensed sole professional in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Data related to external login (e.g., Facebook Login)

If you have used an external login provider (such as Facebook Login) to access any application or service operated by me, and you want your associated data to be deleted, please follow the steps below:

1. In the app, go to settings, click on delete my account. All data from app's localstorage, game engine and server will be deleted

2. Data related to direct contact or consulting

If you have interacted with me directly for consulting, coaching, training, or other professional services and wish to have your contact information removed from my records, you can:

1. Email indicating that you would like your contact data to be deleted.
2. Provide sufficient information to identify your records (e.g., your full name and the email address used).
3. Your request will be processed within a reasonable period, and confirmation will be sent once completed.

3. Limitations

In some cases, certain data may need to be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, regulatory, or legitimate business requirements (for example, records related to invoicing or contractual obligations). Where that is the case, data will be retained only for as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymized.
